Why you NEED a Coach

The importance of having a Coach lies in the difference of going onto the battlefield completely alone as opposed to having an army beside you who tells you exactly where the enemies are.

Back when I first embarked on my Ketonian Journey, it would have really helped to have someone mapping out the course for me to follow and to have someone to be accountable to. The war of changing your diet and lifestyle is not easy to win alone, Rambo style. The enemy is everywhere and sometimes, even under your own roof, with Oreo landmines and bread triggers.

YOU WILL HAVE QUESTIONS. On our weekly Coaching Call, you will have the opportunity to ask all the questions that will undoubtedly arise and I will have the answers to help you achieve success.

Most Common Questions:

WHAT DOES THIS CRAVING MEAN? WHY AM I NOT SLEEPING? WHY DID THE SCALE NOT BUDGE THIS WEEK? WHY AM I ALWAYS HUNGRY? WILL MY BREATH STINK? DO I HAVE THE KETO FLU? WILL I DIE FROM KETOACIDOSIS?

Another great thing about having a Coach is that the meal plan will be personalized to YOUR needs. Our bodies are all made in a unique way and should be treated as such when it comes to diet. The more detail you tell me (stress, cravings, pain, sleep patterns, etc) more I will know about how to help you. Supplements might also be needed if nutrient absorption is one of your problems, for example. Not all Coaches can do this, but I am certified through Dr. Berg.
