
I love a good roast. We had sauteed green beans that will be a blog post soon. Since this is meat, we will say 0 carbs. This depends on the sides you pick or the sauce you use. Here’s the recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
~*1 arm roast
~* 1/2 cup white rice vinegar
~* 2 tablespoons of Soul Food seasoning
~* 1 tablespoon of paprika
~*2 tablespoons of Adobo seasoning
~*1 tablespoon of bay leaves
~* Add 5 cups of water
DIRECTIONS:
Defrost the arm roast overnight. In the morning, place the meat inside your Crock-Pot. Add seasonings, vinegar, and water. Select the low cook setting and let it be for 5-7 hours.


This is the perfect meal to come home to. I let it cook throughout my work shift and then make the side of sauteed green beans very quickly. The more prepared I am, the better I will succeed in staying on plan.
