These cookies are heaven! They come out buttery AF. The tears of joy stream down my face as I say, YUM IT FEELS LIKE A CHEAT!!! Um…. I don’t have to be that dramatic, but even people that are not doing keto have become obsessed with these cookies.
INGREDIENTS:
~* 1 stick of butter
~* 2 cups of almond flour
~* 3/4 cup of Stevia
~* 1 egg
~* 1 teaspoon of baking powder
~* 1 cup of lily’s dark choc chips
HOW TO MAKE THEM:
Get a glass bowl or microwavable safe bowl and add the stick of butter to it. My microwave melts it in 30 seconds, stick straight from the fridge. Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips, save that for last. When the dough becomes cookie dough, add choc chips and refrigerate for one hour before baking.



Bake at 350 for 8-10 min. The almond flour will turn a golden tone and the edges will be brown. Perfection, in my opinion.
