So 2 Birds, One Quiche just means this is a ricotta based quiche that can go savory or sweet and below, i will demonstrate both ways! This doesn’t mean there’s only 2 ways, the possibilities are ENDLESS!!!!
2 Birds, One Quiche
6 servings
Savory quiche: 222.7 cals| 2.8 net carbs| 16.5g fat| 15.1g protein
Sweet quiche: 128.5 cals| 1.6 net carbs| 9.3g fat| 9.2g protein
Quick Tip: if you get the large ricotta container, you can use 2/3 of it for the savory and 1/3 for the sweet 😉
INGREDIENTS (for savory quiche):
~* 2 cups full fat ricotta
~* 4 eggs
~* 4 Brazilian pork sausages (linguica Onra)
HOW TO MAKE SAVORY QUICHE:
Get out a mixing bowl and add 2 cups of full fat, whole milk ricotta. Crack open 4 eggs and add to the bowl. Mix until eggs and ricotta are fully mixed. The whisk is a little hard at first, but I believe in you! Or you can also use a hand mixer 😉 Set aside.
We baked the pork sausages, but I wish we would have grilled them! 4 little piggies were baked at 400 degrees for like 45 min, then we broiled them for a nice little crust. Chop the sausages and add to the ricotta/egg mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 min depending on your oven.
INGREDIENTS (for sweet quiche):
~* 1 cup of full fat ricotta
~* 2 eggs
~* 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
~* 1/3 cup of Stevia sweetener
~* 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
~* 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
HOW TO MAKE SWEET QUICHE:
Get out a mixing bowl. Crack open 2 eggs and add one cup of full fat ricotta on top. Slowly whisk until homogenized. Add dry ingredients to the mixture and blend well. Take out some parchment paper, pour mixture onto it, sprinkle the mozzarella on top and bake in a shallow dish at 350 for 35-40 minutes, depending on your oven. Cut into squares and serve with coffee. Simply delicious out of the oven!

Hi Diana, I am not a nutritionist or any sort of professional that would know how to run the numbers for the macros in each slice of quiche. Apps that do this are not reliable 100% of the time, so i would rather not risk making a mistake. What i do know is that all ingredients are keto 🙂
